Fiber Optic Splicing/ Engineering- Design Team
Whether it’s an aerial or underground relocation, new install, node split, mux install, intranet ring, or emergency repair service, TAK uses the latest core alignment single and ribbon fusion splicers to fuse connections. All equipment is clean, calibrated, and specifically adjusted to the fiber and environmental conditions that is encountered during splicing.
Our Engineer/ Design Team has over 100+ years of experience in the design of new and existing telecommunication facilities and forced relocations. Work includes road and sewer projects, development of construction plans of copper and fiber optic cables.
Audits, Testing & Trouble Shooting
When it comes to troubleshooting, TAK Technicians are the best in the industry. When a customer needs to identify where their physical network lies, our technicians have over 20 years of routing and matrix experience.
With a fiber audit, you will receive a “road map” and documentation of your network. Our equipment is up-to-date and ready to test any length or fiber count cable. New fiber reels can also be tested to ensure it goes the length of the reel without interruption or loss. Records are maintained for each fiber and traces are logged to be shared as a deliverable.
Innovative Mobile Technology
Each technician is equipped with an iOS device in the field for real-time reporting to the home office. Cable sequence, GPS, fiber splicing, photographs, as well as, many other details are recorded on-site. Projects are entered and organized in a secure cloud-based CitrixShare system though our client portal. Audits and other information are also readily available. Immediate communication is key in providing up-to-date information to our customers.
